Developer Terms
Effective August 22, 2026
These terms govern use of the Ox developer dashboard, API credentials, trial access, and realtime inference services.
Developer access
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and use API keys only from trusted server-side systems. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and credentials.
Trial limits
Self-service accounts begin on a bounded developer trial. Ox may enforce limits on active API keys, realtime sessions, models, concurrency, or usage. Trial access has no service-level commitment and may be changed, suspended, or ended to protect the platform.
Acceptable use
Do not use Ox to violate law, infringe rights, compromise systems, evade safeguards, create abusive automated traffic, resell trial capacity, or attempt to access another customer's data or project.
Customer data
You retain responsibility for data submitted to the platform and must have the rights and notices required to process it. Do not submit regulated or highly sensitive personal data unless Ox has expressly agreed in writing to support that workload.
Availability and changes
The developer platform is provided as available during the trial. Features, models, limits, and interfaces may change. Production commitments require a separate written agreement.
Account termination
You may delete a self-service account from dashboard settings. Ox may suspend access for abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or violation of these terms. Security, usage, or legal records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
